- Comments: The Northwood 000/OM are my workhorses. I play live with both a shortscale [000] and an OM. They have been the backbone of my sound for years. It is really the only guitar I have found that will do it all…open tunings, slide, fingerstyle and flatpicking. The slightly wider nut width gives you enough room for complex fingerstyle and the deep body gives you plenty of volume and punch for Flatpicking. These guitars will destroy any Dreadnought. The Cocobolo beefs up the bottom end and gives you just a bit more of that refined “piano-like” bass we all look for.
- Price: $3600
