- Comments: Dermot’s AS guitars give me a whole new appreciation for small body guitars. You will not believe the amount of sound that comes out of this guitar. The Walnut/ Cedar combination is the perfect compliment to this body size giving you the warmth of the Cedar with the woody, clear as a bell Claro. The Walnut set on this one is full of color…Chocolate browns, greys, and green hues. The Cedar is some of the most even grained that I have seen. Mcilroy’s are getting hard to find as the demand continues to grow. Don’t hesitate on this one…it’s as good as it gets!
