Pricing

All of the instruments on our website are automatically discounted the maximum amount allowed by the builder (usually 20-25%). Quite simply we offer you our "best" price up front without the begging, haggling and negotiation process that most stores require. It is our intent to give every customer the best price always. We feel this builds trust and allows the customer to concentrate on the most important issue at hand...finding the right instrument.

Please keep in mind that every instrument in our stock is unique and one-of-a-kind. Most of the builders we represent have build times of 6 months to 3 years and are using woods available in limited supply.

Shipping

Insured shipping anywhere in the continental US for $60. Air shipping available by request.
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours. We have over 25 years packing experience, so your new guitar WILL arrive safely. Tracking Numbers will always be provided the day of shipment.

All guitars are set up when they arrive at Paramount, and again when they leave. We are happy to set up your new guitar with the strings of your choice. All guitars are tuned down one-half step for shipping. This preserves the stability of the set up, while relieving pressure on the neck for the guitar's journey to you. The headstock is then secured with bubble pack inside the case. All guitars are put in a 4 mil bag to stabilize the humidity, and double boxed. shipments are fully insured by our private insurance carrier.

All packages are shipped Signature Required.
