- Comments: This is the prototype
for John Kilpatricks revolutionary new design recently un-veiled
at the Montreal guitar show. The top bout is 12 frets to the body, while
the bottom bout is 14. This gives the player the tight, punchy sound
associated with the 12 fret design and the full access of a 14 fret
all in one tidy package. This, combined with the short scale and the
usual Kilpatrick appointments makes for one very beautiful guitar! Because
this guitar was used as a show demo we were able to purchase it for
an incredible price.
- Special Features: Cutaway, Soundport, 5-piece neck, Slotted headstock
