Pricing

All of the instruments on our website are automatically discounted the maximum amount allowed by the builder (usually 20-25%). Quite simply we offer you our "best" price up front without the begging, haggling and negotiation process that most stores require. It is our intent to give every customer the best price always. We feel this builds trust and allows the customer to concentrate on the most important issue at hand...finding the right instrument.

Please keep in mind that every instrument in our stock is unique and one-of-a-kind. Most of the builders we represent have build times of 6 months to 3 years and are using  woods available in limited supply.

Shipping

Insured shipping anywhere in the continental US for $50. Air shipping available by request.

Trades

Trades are always welcome. Please call to discuss the instrument(s) you wish to trade, and we will do our best to place a trade value on each instrument in advance. We will then ask you to ship the instrument(s) to us to view up close and call you back within 24 hours to confirm a trade value. The customer is reponsible for all shipping charges for potential trade items.

Please note: Fast turnover is an important component of our business. Once your trade item has arrived and a value is confirmed and accepted, your instrument will be put into our stock and offered for sale.

Consignments

We are always happy to sell your instrument(s) on consignment. Please call to discuss the details and valuation of your instrument. There are NO fees charged for instruments not sold. The consignor is responsible for all shipping charges.
