- Comments: Every now and then a builder comes along that breaks the mold. Mike Donmoyer is doing some exiting and innovative designs. This guitar is modern with incredible lines and absolutely stunning appointments. The sound is also modern with controlled (sculpted) overtones and very "present" and clear mids. I am impressed with how chord work seems very uncluttered and spacious. I gave this a run with both bare finger fingerstyle, and flatpicking and found it delightful for both. We look forward to seeing more from Donmyer in the near future!
