- Comments: Here is another treasure from my personal collection. This masterful guitar is featured on the Tony McManus album “The Makers Mark.” While obviously very Somogyi influenced, Matsuda has a unique aesthetic very much his own. The level of detail displayed by this guitar is simply stunning. It is easily among the richest voices I have heard with immense clarity and detail. It has the “perfect” neck with dead accurate intonation.
